The Trieux
A view over an arm of the sea
From the park and the terraces, the view opens onto the Trieux, an arm of the sea that fills and empties with the tides. The water, the wooded far bank and the light change from hour to hour: a view you never tire of.

The Manor
A family home
The Manoir de Kermarquer overlooks the Trieux estuary, just minutes from the harbour at Lézardrieux. Built of Breton granite, enclosed by ancient walls and a park of century-old trees, it has been fully restored to host weddings, corporate retreats and private stays.
The restoration made a clear choice: keep the stone, the beams and the fireplaces, and bring in contemporary, colourful, comfortable interiors. Nothing of a museum. A house to be lived in.

Seven centuries of history
« L’Honneur y gît »
The seigneury of the knight Arrel de Kermarquer
Kermarquer was the seigneury of the Arrel family. Lord of the manor from 1316, Olivier Arrel, known as the “Bold Breton”, was one of the thirty Breton knights at the Combat of the Thirty in 1351, during the War of the Breton Succession. Seven centuries later, the estate is still lived in.
